Forum Rules

Don't post anything stupid.

Rules subject to modification as necessary.

Registration

It is recommended, if you prefer to take measures to ensure your privacy and security, that you make a new e-mail address with which to register upon this forum, rather than any e-mail address you already regularly use.

It would be a good idea to refrain from using any personally identifiable name as part of that e-mail address or in your choice of screen names on this forum.

Do not use screen names which suggest anything offensive or illegal.

Registration is currently subject to administrative approval of each new account, due to a proliferation of spambots.

Try to maintain a civil level of discourse at all times. I.e., avoid racial epithets. This should not be seen as a hindrance to self-expression. It is fully possible to discuss the various shortcomings and negative qualities of various races without resorting to calling them offensive names.

Never assume that this is a safe place to divulge personal information or your deepest, darkest secrets. Forum staff will always try to keep the site clean of trolls and spies, but there are no guarantees. Always assume that there is at least one spy present.

Religion is always a contentious issue. At present there are no rules against religious discussion, but that may be subject to change in the future if religious discussion becomes too uncivil on this forum.

Advocating genocide

318. (1) Every one who advocates or promotes genocide is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.

Definition of "genocide"

(2) In this section, "genocide" means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part any identifiable group, namely,

(a) killing members of the group; or

(b) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction.

Consent

(3) No proceeding for an offence under this section shall be instituted without the consent of the Attorney General.

Definition of "identifiable group"

(4) In this section, "identifiable group" means any section of the public distinguished by colour, race, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation.

Let's make sure this is crystal clear.

On this forum we promote and advocate freedom of speech. But we do not possess, nor are we capable of granting, freedom of speech. We are forced to accept certain limitations upon what may be said upon these forums. The above is an example. For legal reasons, we cannot permit the advocating of genocide. The examples shown are specifically regarding White genocide, but naturally it applies to advocating the genocide of any other groups.
